What is Innovation Question Formulation?
Learn how it can effectively address issues, spur creativity and uncover disruptive opportunities
'Garbage in, Garbage out', is a popular truth, often used in computing lingo. If you feed the wrong information in, you'll get the wrong information out.
This principle applies to communications and problem-solving as well. If you ask the wrong question, you'll probably get the wrong answer, or at least not quite what you're hoping for.
Asking the right question is thus essential for effective communications and addressing issues. It's the bait for you to get the response you need. It also exposes you to new perspectives to a problem, and brings you closer to solutions that you might otherwise have not thought about before.
At this one-day workshop, you'll learn how to encourage dynamic thinking and reframe problems through creative questioning, new perspectives, disruption, productivity and innovation. Cutting-edge New Economy examples from AirBNB, Starbucks, Tesla, Paypal, P&G, Amazon, Alibaba, and many more will be used to give you real-world insight into this crucial skill-set.
