Doing so requires understanding and responding to the client's information needs; but simply doing so, no matter how artfully, is often not enough. About the trainer

Mike Sherman
Marketing, Customer Insight, and CRM/Big Data Expert

Mike is an independent consultant with almost 30 years of marketing, market research and CRM/Big data experience. He helps clients address business and marketing opportunities through practically delivering the Voice of the Customer (opinions, data, etc.) by translating end users needs into insight/data specification and converting that output into clear, actionable results.

Mike's has worked as a marketer and consultant on both client and agency side for P&G, McKinsey, Synovate and SingTel. He has served clients in many industries, including telecoms, financial services, retail, FMCG, consumer electronics, both for B2C and B2B work. Throughout his career he has been required to both create and evaluate project proposals; this lead him to develop this training program, which leverages real examples, so that he could share best practices with others and assist them in writing winning proposals.

Mike is a frequent speaker at conferences and published several times in the McKinsey Quarterly on marketing issues in developing and Asian markets.
